Samba Conditioning
An energizing, full-body workout designed to support and elevate your samba training. This class focuses on building endurance, strength, and stability through targeted exercises that improve your control, balance, and overall performance.
Expect a mix of cardio, muscle activation, and technique-based drills inspired by samba, all in a motivating and high-vibe environment. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, this class will help you feel stronger, more grounded, and more confident in your movement.
Open to all levels. (Basic Samba Step understanding recommended!)
