You’ll be dancing—a lot. Expect cardio-heavy drills, targeted muscle conditioning, and movement sequences that push your limits. The goal is to increase your overall physical capacity so that you can perform longer, stronger, and with better form. This class is ideal for dancers who want to take their physical conditioning seriously and support their technical growth with a stronger body foundation.
